(1) 8 oz  glass or bottle of water (chilled or room temp. your preference)

Ingredient:(2) Cups of water (1/4) Ginger root(1) tbsp honey 
Instructions:1. place water in tea kettle 2. wash ginger and cut into chunks 3. place ginger in water and bring to a boil let sit for 5 to 6 minutes 4. Poor a glass of Ginger tea add honey and enjoy  *Ginger is spicy you can add as much or as little as you would like Leave Ginger in tea kettle  for stronger flavor  next time *

1. place water in pot

2. put eggs in water 

3. Place pot on stove top over medium high heat for bout 12 minuets 

4. Let coll, peel, and enjoy

2 Zucchini cut in 1//2 inch pieces

3/4 Cups of almond flour

1/4 Cup of parm

2 Eggs

1 tsp of Garlic powder

2 tsp of seasoning (your choice)


1. preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, brush olive oil evenly over entire sheet and set aside.

2. In a small bowl whisk the eggs add a pinch of sea salt 

3. Mix all dry ingredients and seasoning together in a large bowl

4. Dip zucchini sticks in eggs, then in flour parm mix and lay on baking sheet​

5. Drizzle top with olive oil and let cook for 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown (make sure to flip halfway )

6. Once done remove zucchini form baking sheet let cool and enjoy 

Goes great with zucchini fries 

● Ranch Chicken Burgers


1 lb of Ground Chicken
1/2 of a Zucchini, grated and squeezed of any excess moisture
1/2 of a Yellow Onion, grated
1 Clove of Garlic, grated
1 tsp of Paprika
2 Tbsp of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Tsp of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste

1) In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the burgers, then form into 4 equal patties and place them on a slightly oiled plate, cover with plastic wrap and pop them in the fridge for about an hour.
2) Allow the burgers to come to room temperature for about 20 minutes, then preheat a large skillet (I think non-stick works best here) over medium-high and drizzle in a little bit of either light olive oil or avocado oil. Add the burgers and cook for about 3 minutes or so per side then remove to a plate and allow them to rest.

3) Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
